Emily
Hardy (SAG, AFTRA) has "a wide-eyed and
naïve exterior while being incredibly aware and smarter
than most. While her
vibrancy and natural beauty are both arresting and
accessible, it is her cleverness and engaging conversation that
makes her an absolute treat to work with and to know."
- KEITH KJARVAL, PRODUCER, UNIFIED
PICTURES Whether Joan of Arc, Lois Lane, Elizabeth Bennet or Ellen Ripley, Emily's characters always balance intelligence and honesty, spunk and softness, vulnerability and strength. Her heroic role in Unified Pictures' upcoming feature film XII is a tender girl-next-door called upon to fight for both her life and that of her friends. Other work includes a sassypants 1950s dame in Hallmark's Though None Go With Me and a victimized naval officer on the CBS hit show Navy: N.C.I.S. "Determined. After 10 hours in freezing cold, getting banged up and bruised, always ready to do one more take. With a big smile and spunky attitude." - TIM MONTIJO, PRODUCER, UNIFIED PICTURES An alumna of the competitive improv comedy show ComedySportz, Emily created the webseries Broke as a Joke (a comedy about struggling to make ends meet) as well as the stage show Skin Deep (a collection of original pieces written by women about beauty and self-esteem). "Sort of a cross between Danica McKellar (Winnie Cooper of The Wonder Years) and Elizabeth Hurley." - POLYSTAFFLE ENTERTAINMENT Emily comes from California's central coast, where she was raised on music, literature and salty coastal air. She loves to sing, dance, ice skate, sail, and volunteer for organizations such as Heal The Bay and AIDS Project Los Angeles. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Emily now studies at Steppenwolf West. She is represented by Progressive Artists. |
